Lone Tree Partners residential community

About Lone Tree

We do things differently.

Solving large problems means doing things differently than everyone else. Attainable housing is no exception.

Our approach

Bring the right people together.

We believe that solving large problems often means doing things differently than everyone else. The attainable housing problem can only be solved by stronger public/private partnerships and mission-centered companies.

We find the cities, talent and capital that want to do it right — and we bring them all together. It took many years of experience and refinement to bring our model to fruition.
